RR Donnelley Awarded $25 Million Blyth, Inc. Contract

CHICAGO, Feb. 17 -- R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company has been awarded a multi-year contract extension and additional new business by Blyth, Inc., a home expressions company that designs and markets an extensive line of scented candles and related accessories, seasonal decorations, home decor and household convenience products. The Company sells its products in North America and Europe through three main channels of distribution: Direct Selling, Catalogs & Internet. The projected term value of this contract exceeds $25 million. Chuck Braun, Vice President, Printing Services of Blyth, Inc. subsidiary Miles Kimball Company, stated, "RR Donnelley's superior service, product quality and competitive pricing have convinced us of the merit of consolidating the number of printers with whom we do business, and of moving to a single-source print supplier for all of our catalogs. We are very excited about having our two organizations work even more closely together than before as we look to further optimize our print production and procurement processes."
