RR Donnelley Awarded Multi-Year Contract Renewal to Produce Hanley Wood's Business-to-Business Magazines

CHICAGO, Feb. 15 -- R. R. Donnelley & Sons Company has been awarded a multi-year contract renewal to produce all of Hanley Wood's business-to-business magazines. The projected term value of this agreement exceeds $30 million. Founded in 1976, Hanley Wood, LLC, a $225 million company owned by JP Morgan Partners, LLC, a private equity affiliate of JP Morgan Chase & Co., is the premier media company serving the housing and construction industries. Hanley Wood's 22 business-to-business magazines, whose brands are reinforced by numerous integrated websites and conferences, continue to provide the residential and commercial construction markets with award-winning editorial. Frank Anton, Chief Executive Officer of Hanley Wood stated, "The close working relationship that Hanley Wood and RR Donnelley have built together over the past decade has given us the confidence and motivation to renew our agreement for the years ahead.
