Neopost Merges Three Companies

Press release from the issuing company

Neopost, the worldwide provider of mailing, addressing, document handling and mail management systems, announced it has acquired Ohio Mailing Systems and Solutions (OMSS), a Hasler dealer for 21 years, and Mailers Equipment Company (MEC), a Neopost dealer for the past 27 years. OMSS and MEC officially became corporate branches of Neopost on November 1, 2005. Neopost’s acquisition of OMSS and MEC creates an Ohio Valley sales region, serving more than 10,000 customers and 35,000 potential customers. Overseeing the new corporate structure in Columbus, Cincinnati, and Cleveland is Bob Cullinan. Formerly President and CEO of OMSS, Cullinan joins the Neopost team as Regional Sales Director. “I am very excited to lead the newly formed Neopost/Hasler Ohio Valley Region” stated Cullinan. “The power of this transaction is the merging of three very successful organizations, Neopost, Ohio Mailing Systems and Solutions and Mailers Equipment Company. A consolidated effort in both sales and service will offer our customers excellent support and leverage industry experience and resource from all three organizations.” “This consolidation enables us to focus on growing the business and market share, while continually developing more efficient ways to respond to customers,” stated Gerard Grossano, Vice President of Sales, Neopost.
