DocuSheeter Roll Feed System Now Available For Oce VarioPrint 5000
Press release from the issuing company
Burlington, MA (October 24, 2005) - Lasermax Roll Systems announces the availability of the DocuSheeter(tm) VP roll feed system for up to 18 hours of non-stop paper feeding to Océ VarioPrint 5160, 5140, and 5115 cut sheet digital production printers.
Based upon the established Lasermax Roll Systems DocuSheeter line for cut sheet printers, the DocuSheeter VP sits next to the input side of the printer and comes equipped with a quick-change unwinder and precision cutter. With as many as 60,000 sheets per roll, users print more in less time while lowering paper and labor costs.
DocuSheeter VP runs all form sizes and basis weights the printer can handle. Users may switch between 8.5 x 11" and 11 x 17" applications without changing rolls. Paper savings are especially significant on odd-sized sheets, lightweight and other non-standard papers. Optional three-hole punch offers additional savings.
"DocuSheeter VP offers proven productivity gains to users, and thus is a key contributor to our strategy of bringing production-class capabilities to our high volume customers through our VarioPrint 5000 series," said Joyce Virnich, Vice President, Marketing, Océ North America Digital Document Division.
Océ North America has certified the DocuSheeter VP for maintenance support by Océ service technicians.
