Mohawk Names Hilary Davis Marketing Project Manager

Press release from the issuing company

[Cohoes, NY] – Mohawk Fine Papers Inc. has named Hilary Davis as Marketing Project Manager. In this newly created position, Davis will divide her time supporting both the marketing and print production departments. Davis has an extensive background in marketing and communications, having held senior level positions such as Account Supervisor/Brand Strategist, Studio Director, and Marketing Director for leading advertising agencies, design firms and client-side companies. In addition, Davis has provided strategic consulting services on short-term results-based assignments and was instrumental in generating sales and exceeding revenue expectations. In her project management role, Davis will report to Jane Monast, Marketing Communications Manager, where she will be responsible for supervising, negotiating, and managing all vendors and budgets related to specific projects. “Hilary's experience in, and knowledge of, the advertising and communications arena offers us great insight, and a valuable perspective, as Mohawk expands into new product lines and new markets,” says Monast. Davis will also work directly with Pam McGuire, Print Production Specialist, assisting with overseeing the development and production of Mohawk promotions, and other marketing materials. “Since the acquisition of the Fine Papers brands, our marketing and production responsibilities have notably increased. The great thing about Hilary is that she is a seasoned player who can jump in and hit the ground running,” says McGuire. “I have always been drawn to boutique-like companies with strong personalities and quality brands. Mohawk is just that. The efforts and technology involved in creating Mohawk's product line are fascinating. I admit, I am definitely part of that cult-like club of paper lovers,” says Davis.
