Relizon Announces Record-Breaking Business Performance Results for 2004

DAYTON, Ohio, April 5, 2005 - The Relizon Company, a leading North American supplier of business process solutions for document outsourcing, billing and relationship marketing, today announced that the company achieved record-breaking business performance results in 2004. Headlining the company's performance is the addition of $68 million in annualized new business from such diverse accounts as Hudson's Bay Company, M&T Bank, Novation, Prime Advantage, Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, Shell Canada Ltd., Toys "R" Us Inc., and Wegmans Food Markets, Inc. The document outsourcing market is large and growing. According to reports published in 2004 by industry analysis firm InfoTrends/CAP Ventures, the document outsourcing market in the U.S. and Canada was $35.4 billion and growing at a compounded annual rate of 3-5%. Within this large and steadily growing market, numerous sub-categories are experiencing significantly higher rates of growth, notably digital print, data/content management, fulfillment and distribution.
