Jetrion Announces Integration Of Progressive Color Media

Press release from the issuing company

ANN ARBOR, MI, March 28, 2005 — Jetrion LLC, the wholly-owned industrial inkjet products and services subsidiary of Flint Ink Corporation, today announced that Progressive Color Media LLC is joining Jetrion’s operations. Progressive Color Media provides a full range of color management workflow solutions, including hardware, software and services, and is also a wholly-owned subsidiary of Flint Ink. The staff, services, experience and resources of Progressive Color Media will continue to be available for all current and future customers of Flint Ink through the Jetrion organization. Combining the two companies brings significant benefits to both. "This move provides Progressive Color Media with more resources to develop the full potential of color management services," said Dr. Kenneth Stack, president of Jetrion. "With integrated operations, Progressive Color Media gains access to Jetrion's established sales channel, and Jetrion adds color management capabilities to our portfolio of customer services. This enables us to provide an enhanced spectrum of products and services to current customers, and supports our ever increasing participation in digital color printing." Within the new organizational framework, Progressive Color Media Director of Services Dan Goodenow now reports directly to Dr. Stack. Progressive Color Media President Diane Watt will be instrumental in guiding the company through the transition period, and then will move to a business development role for Flint Ink Corporation, reporting directly to Flint Ink CEO Dave Frescoln.
