New Oce Single Solution Service Program Expands Coverage to Non-Oce Devices

BOCA RATON, Fla., March 16 -- Oce, a global leader in digital document management and delivery solutions, today announced the introduction of its new Oce Single Solution Service program that expands professional service coverage to non-Oce devices such as IBM and Xerox print systems. The new program helps customers solve problems associated with coordinating multiple vendor service contracts and maintenance relationships, while ensuring the highest level of professional support for critical production equipment. The new program helps organizations simplify management of their printing operations with a single point of contact and accountability, one service team relationship, and one escalation process. Administrative involvement and operating costs can be reduced because less time is required to manage maintenance scheduling, budgeting, payments and paperwork. Operations can achieve improved equipment availability because they can consolidate and schedule maintenance calls more conveniently to better accommodate production schedules. The Oce Single Solution Service can be engaged for a one-time requirement, special project or long-term needs, depending on what works best for the customer's situation. Full service is now available for the Xerox 5090; Xerox DocuPrint(TM) 4050, 4090, 4135, 4635, 4850 and 180 systems; and Xerox DocuTech(TM) 135, 6135 and 6180 systems.
