Docucorp Announces Alliance with WRDCLogsys

DALLAS--May 13, 2003--Docucorp International, a leading provider of enterprise information solutions, today announced a strategic business alliance with WRDCLogsys, a leading supplier of solutions and services for public and private sector organizations. This alliance will promote Docucorp solutions and services into new markets, such as the UK's local and central government. WRDCLogsys will include Docucorp's technology within its solutions and services portfolio and will be responsible for sales, systems integration, user training and first-level technical support for its delivered solutions. The agreement will provide Docucorp and WRDCLogsys with the capability to deliver services and solutions specific to the e-government initiative to have all government services online by 2005.
