Datamark Acquires of Assets from Sheraton Business Forms, Labels

April 3, 2003 -- DATAMARK SYSTEMS GROUP has acquired the operating assets of Sheraton Business Forms Ltd. and Sheraton Labels Ltd. The Sheraton Group carried on the business of printing, manufacturing, distributing and selling of business forms, self adhesive labels, ribbons, roll products, commercial printing, document management services and other related activities. The Sheraton Group, whose plants are located in Calgary, Alberta and whose sales offices are in Calgary, Edmonton and Vancouver had annual sales of $9.5 million.
