Press release from the issuing company

Neopost, the worldwide provider of mailing, addressing, document handling and logistics systems, introduces to the U.S. market its new customer service offering – Postage-On-Call (POC) Web Application - for fast and efficient resetting of postage meters, in real-time. POC Web Application enables customers to request a reset code for their meter, and allows them to check account balances and review account activity at their own pace – making individual accounts convenient and easy to manage. POC Web Application is convenient, secure and user-friendly. Customers can simply use any PC-based computer to register and access their accounts. A custom ID and password makes the account secure and confidential while allowing customers to collect valuable information for analysis and to print reports. Neopost provides an array of services online including: a section for ordering for supplies and placing service calls; FAQ’s; product information, news, and technical support. Telephone services for resetting the postage meter are still available. For more information on Neopost’s POC Web Application visit www.neopostinc.com/poc.
