DESOTO, Texas--Oct. 25, 2002--Ennis Business Forms, Inc. announced today that they have entered into an agreement with the Corporation for the Economic Development of Midlothian, Texas to purchase land for purposes of a Corporate headquarters. The 4.8 acre site is located in the Walnut Grove Center North Business Park in the City of Midlothian, Ellis County, Texas. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Keith Walters, Chairman, CEO and President of Ennis Business Forms, Inc. stated, "We are pleased to announce this agreement as it allows us to build a Corporate headquarters which will house both the existing Corporate personnel in our leased facility in DeSoto, Texas with our remaining Corporate administrative functions in Ennis, Texas. In selecting the site, our top priority was to ensure that we minimized the impact to our employees that such a move would bring and still allow the Company to be located in the DFW Metroplex which has been a major advantage for our customers." Mr. Walters also stated, "We would like to thank the City of DeSoto for their support of our Corporate Headquarters' site for the past 4 years and look forward to this continued relationship through our lease expiration of November, 2003 and beyond."
