Kinko's Appoints Paul Myrick as VP of Leasing and Site Selection

DALLAS, March 26 -- Kinko's, Inc., a leading provider of document solutions and business services, has announced the appointment of Paul Myrick as vice president of leasing and site selection. In this role, Mr. Myrick will manage Kinko's real estate team and oversee the company's portfolio of more than 1,100 stores, including store openings, closings, relocations and negotiating lease renewals. "Kinko's welcomes Paul to our executive team. He brings with him an extensive background in corporate real estate,'' said Gary Kusin, Kinko's president and CEO. "Paul's outstanding experience in lease negotiations and store development will be an asset to Kinko's.'' Mr. Myrick possesses more than 15 years of corporate retail real estate experience. Prior to joining Kinko's he managed real estate for companies such as Zale Corporation, Cole National Corp., Discover Zone and Sunbelt Federal Savings. Mr. Myrick received his bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of North Texas. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and served as a city council member in the city of Sachse, Texas from 1995-1997.
