httprint hires Disney Channel, Time, Inc. Veteran to Lead Publishing Initiatives

Gutman to lead the custom publishing arm of its Managed Services business. The company also announced that Jack Walklet will head up the entire Managed Services group. Additionally, Mark Alioto has been promoted to vice president of sales for North America. Mark Alioto is a veteran sales leader from Relizon and Reynolds & Reynolds and has earned the opportunity to head up our North American sales effort." Gutman, 44, spent 12 years as publisher of The Disney Channel Magazine, which he grew to become the nation's largest controlled circulation magazine, with a distribution of over five and a half million. He has enormous experience in magazine publishing and direct and segmentation marketing, as well as in niche publishing and integrated sales and promotional marketing. Previously, Gutman held positions at Fortune and Time. Alioto, 39, was most recently vice president of strategic accounts at httprint and led efforts to secure major customers like SBC Communications. He has 15 years sales, sales management and consulting experience in the document management industry. Prior to joining httprint, Alioto was regional manager of national accounts for Relizon (formally Reynolds and Reynolds) where he was directly responsible for winning a $200 million agreement - the largest contract in the history of that firm.
