ATLANTA, GA – November 14, 2001 – T/R SYSTEMS, INC., a leader in developing innovative solutions for the management and production of digital documents, announced today that Barbara A. Pellow has been elected to the Company’s Board of Directors. Ms. Pellow will join the Company’s seven existing Directors. “We are excited about the addition of Barb Pellow to our Board,” said Mike Kohlsdorf, President and CEO. “Barb brings a wealth of experience to T/R Systems and will help to ensure that our products and services continue to be at the forefront of the industry.” Ms. Pellow has several years of experience in the field of digital communications, having recently accepted an appointment at the Rochester Institute of Technology as the Gannett Chair of Integrated Publishing Sciences in RIT’s School of Printing Management and Sciences (SPMS). As Gannett Chair, Ms. Pellow will focus on the relationship between traditional paper-based media and emerging electronic new media. Before joining RIT, Ms. Pellow was Senior Vice President of Marketing at IKON Office Solutions, where she was responsible for developing business and marketing strategies and coordinating their global branding campaign. Prior to joining IKON, she held positions with CAP Ventures, which specializes in consulting services for the print-on-demand market, and Indigo, a provider of digital color printing systems.
