Superior Business Solutions Picks Four51 for Enterprise e-Commerce Solution

Minneapolis, MN and Kalamazoo, MI – August 9, 2001 – Superior Business Solutions and Four51 announced today that Superior is adopting Four51 as their enterprise e-commerce solution. Superior will extend Four51’s functionality to their customer base and to their suppliers. The two companies will initiate joint sales, marketing, implementation, and training activities immediately to engage Superior’s customers and suppliers with the program. “We’ve chosen Four51 as our enterprise solution because of their ability to get our customers up and running quickly,” said Bill English, Superior’s president. “In addition, Four51 really helped us manage our transition from away Collabria with hardly any business interruption for our customers.” Superior also intends to extend Four51 functionality to their customers and suppliers now that Four51’s WildFireSM XML transport module is available, and since Four51 jointly announced with TopForm software the two companies’ interoperability initiatives. As a TopForm user, and now as a leading Four51 user, Superior intends to automate inbound and outbound order processing between their customers and suppliers with Four51, while instantly and seamlessly passing transaction data into their back-office through TopForm’s WebEC. “Four51’s commitment to XML interoperability was also an important component of our decision,” continued English. “Not only will we be sending and receiving data seamlessly between Four51 and our back-office accounting system, but we will also have the flexibility to exchange data easily with other XML-enabled partners.” “We’re very pleased Superior has chosen Four51 to be their enterprise partner,” said Rich Landa, Four51’s CEO. “Superior’s technology investments, including Four51, demonstrate their commitment to providing their customers with innovative solutions.
