Accumedia and Artesia Form Partnership to Offer Content Management Solution

ROCKVILLE, MD. and BOULDER, CO - June 25, 2001 - Artesia Technologies, the leader in enterprise digital asset management, and Accumedia, the leading provider of managed Web publishing and e-business solutions for the media and entertainment industries, today announced that Accumedia has adopted Artesia's TEAMS™ solution as an integral part of its Accumedia Convergence Platform™ (ACP) for the management and publishing of both enterprise and Web content. The ACP enables media companies such as Primedia, New England Sports Network and the Boston Bruins to extend their off-line content and customer information into interactive channels. The ACP was developed to meet the needs of media companies who must lower the costs of their interactive operations but maintain the flexibility to modify their on-line business models. The combination of TEAMS and the ACP is the first integrated hosted solution for enterprise Web publishing and digital asset management.
