ImageX.com Names Former Intel Exec, Tim Dowling, Vice President of Marketing

KIRKLAND, Wash. - April 25, 2001 - ImageX.com¨, Inc. (NASDAQ: IMGX), the technology market leader in Web-enabled design and printing services, today announced that Tim Dowling has joined the ImageX.com senior management team as vice president of marketing. Dowling's background includes 13 years at Intel Corporation in key positions leading the company's e-commerce efforts. He brings a solid background in B2B technology marketing to ImageX.com, where he will strategically direct both product marketing and marketing communications for the print procurement solutions provider. During his tenure at Intel, Dowling was responsible for leading numerous initiatives to expand the company's business, including establishing an e-commerce strategy for Intel Online Services, creating Intel's Internet consumer Web strategy and developing an audio and video communication program to make A/V communication pervasive on the PC platform. In addition, he developed and managed seven Internet sites for Intel, including Intel Home Computing and Intel WebOutfitter. Immediately prior to joining ImageX.com, Dowling held the position of vice president, worldwide marketing and product management for PcOrder Software Corporation. In this role, he built and managed the company's profitability strategy, which ultimately led to the successful acquisition of PcOrder by Trilogy Software.
