Monday, February 26, 2001

Press release from the issuing company

Campbell, CA - 2/23/01 (WhatTheyThink) MediaFlex Inc., a provider of web-based marketing solutions that enables customers to create, customize, and order branded marketing communication material - will begin merger and acquisition discussions with potential buyers. The company plans to cease operations March 31, 2001 because of current funding conditions. It recently released a new version of its solution, which enables marketing communications professionals to effectively execute campaigns. MediaFlex had announced relationships with Mimeo.com, Canopy, Indigo and Pageflex in 2000. The company also signed Sir Speedy to a worldwide contract that allowed Sir Speedy accounts to have custom, web based ordering systems. The status of these relationships were unknown at press time.
