15 Year CreoScitex Sales Veteren Joins Karat Digital Press as Sales Manager

Fairfield, NJ February 15, 2001- As part of the on-going expansion of its North American sales and service teams, Karat Digital Press today announced the appointment of David Schwerdtmann as Regional Sales Manager for their Central Region. In his new position reporting to Steve Zunde, President of Karat North America, Schwerdtman is responsible for sales in the central United States, including Minneapolis, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky. "David Schwerdtmann brings a wealth of sales knowledge and experience to Karat Digital Press. Dave's extensive understanding of the prepress industry and dynamic sales drive will be valuable assets in helping to promote the key benefits of the 74 Karat press," says Zunde. Schwerdtmann brings over 20 years of sales experience in the graphic arts community to Karat. Most recently Schwerdtmann spent 15 years with CreoScitex where he was a President's Club winner for 12 of those years. As a National Account Manager, his client base included Quad Graphics, Banta Corporation, R.R. Donnelley and Quebecor. Prior to that Schwerdtmann served in many sales and sales management positions in companies including Alphatype and Compugraphic.
