Georgetown, Ontario – Komcan Inc. and MBO America have reached an agreement where Komcan Inc will be the sole authorized distributor of MBO equipment in Canada. The agreement is to include sale of equipment, parts supply, and service of the MBO line of equipment.

Effective May 1st , 2020 MBO has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Komori under a new company name of MBO Postpress Solutions GmbH. Komcan is also the sole authorized dealer of Komori products in Canada.

The new agreement between Komcan and MBO America will allow Komcan to match the industry leading Komori offset and digital press lineups, with an industry leading finishing solution.
