Effingham, Ill. – Mike O'Neal, President and CEO of #1 Network, Inc. announces his retirement, effective June 1, 2020. O'Neal has been President of #1 Network since August 1992. Under his leadership, #1 Network has grown dramatically, as both a force in the graphic arts channel and as a compliment to its stock-holding members. Roger Gould will become President and CEO effective June 1, 2020. Gould has been with #1 Network since June 1999.

"We've been planning this change for a couple of years. There is so much that Mike brings to the table, it will be extremely hard to succeed him. He has gained the utmost respect from his colleagues as a person of integrity. His steadfast direction has navigated #1 Network through the highs and lows of the ever-changing graphic arts market. We have always come out on top because of Mike. He will be sorely missed as my mentor, but I promise to continue his legacy" says Roger Gould.
