OLEC Announces Strategic Alliance with Amergraph

Press release from the issuing company

OLEC and Amergraph have formed a strategic alliance to better meet the needs of our rapidly changing industry. This alliance will allow both companies to share technology and develop state-of-the-art systems for the Screenprint and Graphics markets. This alliance will allow Amergraph to market products through OLEC's channels, which includes distributors in over 50 countries. In 1975, Amergraph Corporation produced its first exposure unit for the Graphic Arts industry. Through the years, Amergraph has expanded into different markets to become a leading manufacturer in the Graphic Arts and Screenprinting industries. Amergraph has earned an excellent reputation with that same quality with which that first machine was built. Robert Lesko, President of Amergraph states, "Working together with OLEC will allow us to focus on bringing products to market in a shorter time, and help customers by allowing them to deal with either company to get results." OLEC Corporation operates seven companies, with over 500 employees, and 5 plants throughout the United States. Founded in 1977, OLEC has grown to industry leadership through innovative product development, precise quality control, effective service, and value pricing. Bert Ohlig, President of OLEC comments, "industry demands are changing rapidly. With the addition of the Amergraph products, OLEC can continue to provide the industry with state of the art solutions, that can be tailored to the needs of each country". OLEC and Amergraph have demonstrated at the SGIA 2000 show in New Orleans that technologies can be combined and still fit everyone's budget.
