DAYTON, Ohio--April 22, 2002--Standard Register announces that Kathryn Lamme has been elected by the Board of Directors as general counsel. She also continues as secretary and vice president of the company. In her role she provides strategic legal counseling as part of Standard Register's enterprise leadership team.
Lamme previously was deputy general counsel for the company. Prior to joining Standard Register in 1998, she was a partner at Turner, Granzow & Hollenkamp, a Dayton law firm. She holds a bachelor's degree from Cornell University, a master's degree from the University of Michigan, and a law degree from the University of Dayton. She is a native of Dayton.
"Kathryn's contributions to the company over the past four years have been outstanding, particularly in her support of the company's restructuring and renewal efforts," said Dennis Rediker, chief executive officer. "Her promotion was a natural act recognizing her performance, following the retirement of Nick Hollenkamp from the role of general counsel. Her expertise is especially critical to the company as we step up efforts in acquisitions and strategic alliances to help the company accelerate growth."
