BrandWeek reports that a New York State judge has documents that allegedly support allegations of corruption in Grey Global Group's London office. Mitch Mosallem, Grey's former chief print buyer in New York, is suing the agency. The complaint says the London office received "discounts" and "rebates" on printing contracts it jobbed out to a now-defunct printer, Wace. Mosallem is serving a 70-month prison sentence in a separate criminal case in which he took cash kickbacks to subvert Grey's bidding process for New York printing contracts.
