This is good and necessary advice but I can’t help grinning with a sense of deja vu. In 2004, Harvard Business Review published an article entitled ’Staple Yourself to an Order’ (https://hbr.org/2004/07/staple-yourself-to-an-order) with essentially the same advice. Are we just slow learners?
