Starting from its first restaurant in 2011, Bagelstein is a “made-in-France” success story that has expanded to 107 branches across Europe in just nine years. The co-founder and CEO of the company is Thierry Veil. He’s very clear about how Bagelstein and Caldera working together is an important factor in the brand’s communication strategy.
