Crawford Technologies Unveils Rapid Application Onboarding Solution at PRINT 19

Press release from the issuing company

Toronto, ON – Crawford Technologies, provider of innovative document solutions that streamline, improve and manage customer communications, will be unveiling its new SmartSetup solution for rapidly onboarding applications into workflow automation and ADF systems in Booth 541 at PRINT 19. The trade show is being held October 3-5 in Chicago at McCormick Place South.

SmartSetup solves one of the biggest challenges for communication providers—the length of time it takes to onboard multiple applications. This groundbreaking solution is designed to streamline and accelerate job onboarding by leveraging assistive technology that intelligently ingests data of multiple print streams to automate the normalization of applications into a generic workflow. SmartSetup makes it possible to reduce resource demands and avoid costly production delays and missed SLAs while accelerating time to revenue.

“We are looking forward to giving attendees a first look at our new SmartSetup at PRINT 19. We know it will be a game-changing solution that will immediately take the headache out of job onboarding,” said Ernie Crawford, president and CEO of Crawford Technologies. “Not only does it speed up the job setup process, it also allows job workflows to be simplified and standardized, resulting in smoother production operations.”

Additionally, Crawford Technologies will be demonstrating:

PRO Conductor, an integration platform that orchestrates every step of an end-to-end workflow—from document composition to delivery. A powerful web-based dashboard allows internal operations control and management, and customer view-only access to real-time job status and SLAs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

PRO Inkjet Express, a solution that makes it possible for print and mailing service providers, as well as in-plant operators, to quickly and easily implement and migrate to production processes optimized for inkjet presses. Maximizing equipment capabilities, the solution runs on all standard platforms, including mainframes, and supports all input and output formats.

PRO Quick Compare, designed for high volume complex document processing, PRO Quick Compare is a cost-effective print stream QA utility that simplifies the testing and remediation of customer documents. It reads two data files, compares them in a selected mode—text, structure or pixel—and outputs a side by side visual view of all the pages with color coded highlights for easy recognition of detected differences. With the ability to plug into an existing workflow, this easy-to-use solution is ideal for initial application, regression or migration testing as well as verification for outsourcing/insourcing.

Along with exhibiting at PRINT 19, Ernie Crawford, president and CEO of Crawford Technologies, will be a panelist on Xplor’s PRINT 19 breakfast session, “Driving Your CCM Success with Workflow and Inkjet Technologies,” on Friday, October 4 from 7:30-10:00 a.m. Additionally, the company’s vice president of products, Harvey Gross, will be presenting in the “TechTrack Panel” on workflow scheduled for Thursday, October 3 at 11:30 a.m.
