Top Franchisor Names New Executive Team Members for Sign & Graphics Division

Middle River, Md. – Amid continual company-wide growth and evolution, the Sign & Graphics Division of Alliance Franchise Brands LLC today announced the appointment of three new executive team members: Tom Hutchinson as Vice President of Sales & Training; Chad Salewski as Regional Director – Plains Region; and Nick Geier as Director of Workflow Automation.

“We’re looking forward to further utilizing the expertise of Chad, Tom and Nick on our team,” said Ray Palmer, president of the Sign & Graphics Division. “With each of these roles we are strengthening our ability to provide our Franchise Members with the solutions and support needed to serve their clients. We look forward to leveraging their respective skills to continue to drive growth for the Sign & Graphics Division in the months and years to come.”

Hutchinson brings more than 20 years of sales leadership experience to his position as Vice President of Sales & Training. In his new role, Hutchinson will focus on building out and establishing metrics for the Sign & Graphics Division’s sales programs. He will also be responsible for the development of the company’s training initiatives in support of Franchise Members.

In his new role as Regional Director of the Plains Region, Salewski, who has more than 12 years of center operations experience with the Signs Now franchise, is responsible for assisting members with overall center operations by providing financial analyses, and supporting production efficiency, recruitment and training. Salewski brings a unique perspective to the position, having participated in numerous regional meetings, conventions, sales meetings and round table discussions ince joining the brand in 2007. His ability to connect with people to share knowledge, solutions and perspective will be invaluable in his new role.

As Director of Workflow Automation, Geier will focus predominantly on the Sign & Graphics Division’s MIS systems and their integration into the other technology platforms. His responsibilities will include leading a group charged with deploying and supporting Workstream implementations, CoreBridge and other technology platforms.
