Company leaders outline vision at AlphaGraphics 2016 Conference

Salt Lake City, Utah – AlphaGraphics, a national leader in print and marketing communications, today convened franchisees from around the world at its annual conference in New Orleans, where executives outlined a vision for ongoing growth driven by investments in technology, training and new customer solutions.

"As a world-class franchise, we are committed to strengthening our relationships, investing in innovative technologies, delivering comprehensive training, furthering our product and industry leadership, and ultimately, focusing on achieving operational excellence," said AlphaGraphics President Aaron Grohs. "Our leadership and expertise in digital print and marketing and communications solutions is exactly what our franchisees need and expect from us, and we will continue to invest in capabilities that improve our franchisees' ability to serve their customers."

New products and solutions are among recent investments Grohs says will help franchisees increase sales and improve operations. Enhanced in 2016, agOnline is a powerful web-to-print solution that helps customers streamline the ordering process, maintain brand standards, reduce time-to-market and increase the efficiency of print and marketing programs. The company's agSigns solution is also driving growth – network sales in this segment have grown 24 percent over the previous year.

Franchisees are also deploying new internal technologies such as PrintSmith Vision, a print management solution that automates key elements in printing workflow, forming the backbone of franchise operations. Supporting adoption of these technologies are robust training programs for franchisees, including hands-on regional workshops and online training tools.

"We believe strongly that training is not an event, it's an ongoing process, a continuous, holistic approach that's part of our DNA," said Grohs. "We are keeping our commitment to focus on training for all aspects of our business, including sales, technology and new-franchisee support."

With approximately 280 locations in its global network and average sales of over $1 million per center, AlphaGraphics continues to experience its strongest growth in more than a decade, with business centers that provide a full line of marketing, printing, signage and design services.

"With the best technology and training, our franchisees will sustain their roles as industry experts who effectively serve customers, achieve operational excellence and create new business opportunities for their locations," said Grohs. "AlphaGraphics' systems, standards, tools and principles will drive us toward continued growth."
