Vision Graphics Inc., a print and marketing communication solutions provider, announced today that it has acquired Eagle:XM, a marketing solutions platform company, based in Denver, CO. The stock purchase agreement was completed this month with terms of the transaction not disclosed.

Founded in 1956 Eagle:xm, evolved into a leading provider of media marketing services under the tutelage of Howard Harris, who joined the company in 1974. “Vision Graphics and Eagle:xm share the same vision,” said Mr. Harris, who will be staying on to handle the day-to-day operations at the Denver facility. “Together, we will be able to offer a package of comprehensive communication solutions to our clients while continuing to develop integrated multi-channel customer care and marketing solutions.
