NISC Standardizes on GMC Software Technology to Drive 12 Million Personalized Images Per Month

Boston, Massachusetts and Appenzell, Switzerland – GMC Software Technology, the standard in customer communications, today announced as a Xerox Business Innovation Partner, National Information Solutions Cooperative (NISC) has standardized on GMC Software Technology. NISC will be able to drive 12 million personalized images, including six million statements and a variety of customer correspondence per month using GMC. Additionally, NISC can more easily go to market with new customers, react quicker to customer changes, support graphical business charts along with better color control.

NISC is an information technology company that develops and supports software and hardware solutions for their member-owners who are primarily utility cooperatives and telecommunications companies. NISC is also an industry leader providing advanced, integrated IT solutions for consumer and subscriber billing, accounting, engineering and operations. Through their member-owners, NISC delivers customer correspondence to over five million consumers in 47 states, American Samoa and Canada.

Using GMC, NISC will be able to offer their existing and future member-owners faster turnaround on statement changes, TransPromo-based statements as well highly personalized customer correspondence that includes data-driven graphics and business charts. Internally, NISC will also be able to minimize engineering time with the ability to accept multiple input files from a variety of database formats.
