New Orleans, LA – SendMyAd, LLC, the provider of the innovative digital ad portal, announces support for web ads utilizing the same easy to use browser based user interface.  Advertisers and publishers using the industry leading ad portal can upload both print and web ads from the Advertiser Dashboard.  File formats supported by this new functionality are .swf, .flv, .png, .gif and jpeg.  SendMyAd will offer this functionality as an option to it's widely used print ad workflow.

SendMyAd is a web based Software as a Service ad portal which is accessed using a standard web browser on any computer anywhere in the world to simplify the process of ad material submission to publishers.  With SendMyAd, web ad materials can be uploaded, preflighted, approved, and delivered to the publisher or website all within the simple to use web portal. SendMyAd performs a variety of tests on web ads including: video run time, frame rate, file size, resolution and dimensions.  It provides both the publisher and advertiser with an interactive preflight report highlighting the results of preflight tests performed against the publisher's web ad specifications. It retains all job ticket information, approval and history within the ad portal.  Finally, SendMyAd delivers the ad to the publisher, ready for placement in the website. The final web ad and all related assets are stored on the SendMyAd portal for pickup in the future.  SendMyAd provides the publisher with all the tools necessary to manage their web ad production online.

Jessie Williams, lead developer of SendMyAd commenting on the new functionality stated, "What makes the SendMyAd approach to processing web ad materials unique is the preflighting and interactive preflight report.  For example, the frame rate and video run time of an .swf file can be checked within the portal.  As with Print ads SendMyAd provides the advertiser and publisher with an instantaneous interactive preflight report.  The advertiser knows immediately if the ad passed or failed in relation to the publisher's ad specifications.  In addition, recommendations on how to fix the reported problem are provided."

Charles Blanchard, President and CEO of SendMyAd said, " When we introduced SendMyAd it was conceived as a platform on which we can build to provide our users with additional functionality.  We are pleased to announce support for web ads is our first major option to the ad portal.  It is our objective to continue to expand the functionality of SendMyAd in the future."
