Trekk Creates Collateral for Adobe's CS4 Software Release
Press release from the issuing company
Rockford, IL (November 12, 2008) – Trekk Cross-Media was chosen by Adobe Systems Incorporated to develop marketing materials to promote the company's recently released Adobe Creative Suite 4 software.
Working on Adobe's Shortcut to Brilliant campaign, Trekk created a series of email, direct mail and signage templates for use by Adobe internal divisions as well as channel partners. Seven unique designs were created by Trekk designers and artists. They will be used over the course of several months to inform and inspire creatives across disciplines.
The campaign concept, developed by Goodby, Silverstein and Partners, uses a mathematical-style equation that begins with a simple, ordinary image. It also includes icons of the new Adobe Creative Suite 4 tools that can transform the image into something extraordinary.
"In this most recent project for Adobe, we were challenged to capture the "how" and "wow" of the Shortcut to Brilliant campaign while demonstrating the new Creative Suite 4 tools," said M.J. Anderson, Trekk's Vice President, Creative Services. "After having been fortunate enough to participate in the Creative Suite 3 launch, we were thrilled to get this opportunity to have more fun building on the concept and inspiring our peers."
Delivering workflow breakthroughs that bring down the walls between designers and developers, and packed with numerous feature innovations, Creative Suite 4 advances the creative process across print, Web, interactive, film, video and mobile. Creative Suite 4 includes 13 applications, including Adobe Photoshop, Flash and Illustrator, as well as 14 technologies and seven services.
Trekk received a 2007 American Graphic Design Award for a one-to-one, interactive promotional campaign it created to promote the release of Adobe's Creative Suite 3 software.
