Adobe Creative Suite 3 to Be Featured at Pixel and Vector Conferences
Press release from the issuing company
Minneapolis, Minnesota, April 17, 2007, Barrycon Productions, an independent event organizer for Adobe products and producer of the Creative Suite and InDesign conferences, today announced that Adobe’s new Creative Suite 3 will be featured at The Pixel Conference and The Vector Conference, held April 30 through May 2, 2007, at the Chicago City Centre hotel in downtown Chicago. Event presenters will provide an independent and unbiased preview of the newly released Adobe Creative Suite 3 and demonstration of the new feature set. In addition, event organizers are offering a 3-day platinum pass, allowing attendees to take part in both The Pixel Conference and The Vector Conference. Designers who use Creative Suite 2 versions of Photoshop, Illustrator or Flash can benefit from attending both conferences that focus on making the Creative Suite programs work better together to more efficiently create high quality work for both print and the web.
”Most designers use more than one, if not all of the Creative Suite programs to some degree. By offering attendees a preview and demonstration of Creative Suite 3 as well as reduced rates for attending both Vector and Pixel conferences, creative professionals and the businesses they work for will benefit from hands-on, value-added learning opportunities that will be relevant today and in the future,” said Barry Anderson, owner of BarryCon. “This combined training can positively affect designers and their organizations by increasing employee productivity through teaching advanced techniques that will help designer’s work more efficiently across the entire Creative Suite family.”
The Vector Conference teaches Illustrator and Flash users how to create high quality work efficiently. Attendees will learn what tools to select and when to use them to get the best results. The Pixel Conference focuses on Photoshop and how to harness the power of pixels for tonal and color correction, preparing images for print and web output, and other utility features for designers. The first day of The Vector Conference overlaps The Pixel Conference, offering special sessions on using pixels and vectors together.
Platinum pass attendees will also learn how to create high quality products when mixing pixels, vectors, and type. Both beginners and advanced users will benefit from attending The Vector Conference and Pixel Conferences. Both The Pixel and Vector Conferences will have a main focus on education with the Creative Suite 2 applications, but will also include information on the new feature sets found in Creative Suite 3 that was launched by Adobe on March 27, 2007.
