TFC Unveils DynamicDesign, a New Web-to-Print Solution

Press release from the issuing company

NAPA, Calif.--March 29, 2007-- Nationally recognized marketing service provider, TFC Inc., today unveiled DynamicDesign, a new web-to-print solution that enables marketers to streamline the process of creating, managing, printing and shipping custom branded marketing collateral. Using the online DynamicDesign system channel partners, sales representatives and regional stores can quickly and easily customize and order high-quality materials that meet micro market requirements and are delivered in record time. One of the companies currently using this new service is Costco Wholesale. Costco is currently using DynamicDesign to create a selection of quality personalized communications for their marketing partners, enabling local warehouses to customize marketing materials for their region. DynamicDesign is a stand-alone application that serves as a branded extension of corporate web sites and intranets. Marketers log on, upload pre-approved templates of sales and marketing materials, and approved users customize the materials on demand. Approval processes protect corporate design guidelines and legal compliance. Once an order is approved by a corporate sponsor the printed materials arrive within days. TFC prints and ships the materials from its advanced digital printing and fulfillment center. "DynamicDesign enables our local marketers to create custom marketing materials in days instead of weeks, without taxing the resources at our home office," said Beverly Akada, Assistant Vice President of Corporate Communications for Costco. "Not only do we maintain control of the brand at the corporate level, but it has allowed us to reduce costs associated with creating one-off programs for individual locations. Basically, it provides our warehouses with the choice to use customized marketing materials in small quantities when necessary, or to use our preprinted, non customized materials." Corporate marketing maintains control over the materials in the system, the level of customization for each and the number of prints that can be ordered. The pre-approved templates ensure that all necessary creative, legal and channel needs are met. "DynamicDesign really bridges the gap between sales and marketing and we are proud to offer such a robust solution to the market," said Connie Hill, President and Founder of TFC, Inc. "DynamicDesign allows marketing and sales to each play a role in how materials are customized and presented to prospects and customers. Marketing does not have to spend time creating micro marketing campaigns and the end result is more relevant communications in the field. It's a win-win for both groups and allows them to bring quality products and service to market faster," added Hill.
