Pitney Bowes Management Services Appoints Three Executives to Head Senior Management Positions

STAMFORD, Conn., March 30 -- Pitney Bowes Management Services (PBMS), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pitney Bowes Inc. has appointed three executives to senior management positions on its leadership team: Peter Panzarella has been named vice president and general manager, Off-Site Services; Greg Van den Heuvel, president, Sales, Solutions & Marketing; and Keith Wyche, president, U.S. Operations. "As PBMS continues its forward momentum, it will require a strong and experienced leadership team with proven experience in operational excellence, sales and marketing effectiveness, and product management to deliver new and innovative solutions in mail, print and document management," stated Vincent De Palma, executive vice president and president, PBMS. "Peter, Greg and Keith are all seasoned executives with a broad expertise and knowledge base in these areas, and have a long track-record of driving growth and customer value. I am confident that this team will enable PBMS to exceed its goals for revenue and profit growth, as well as expand our solutions offerings." In his new role, Mr. Panzarella has overall responsibility for the development and delivery of off client site services, including integrated print, document management and distribution solutions, digital copy and print, mail fulfillment and digital document conversion, in support of PBMS' commercial, legal and government customer base. He will draw on his extensive strengths in areas such as finance, business modeling and management, and his ability to successfully identify cross-sell opportunities and success criteria. He previously was vice president, Finance and Administration for PBMS, where he oversaw all accounting and finance functions, back-office administrative operations, its asset management strategy, contract administration and procurement. He joined Pitney Bowes in 1984 as a member of the company's Corporate Finance team, and has held a number of senior management positions. Prior to joining Pitney Bowes, Panzarella held positions at PepsiCo and AMF. Mr. Van den Heuvel has responsibility for ensuring that PBMS sales, marketing and solutions development objectives -- key components to building and going to market with world-class solutions that meet the needs of customers -- are consistent with its overall business strategy, and driving customer retention, acquisition and cross-sell. Van den Heuvel joined Pitney Bowes in 1985 and in his most recent position as president of North American Operations for PBMS, drove significant improvements in productivity, employee engagement, customer loyalty, and overall profitability. Mr. Wyche will utilize his vast expertise in customer operations and service in his new role, and focus on managing customer-facing operations, building strong partnerships and leading customers to realize the benefits that come from using bundled Pitney Bowes solutions to improve communication, enhance compliance and minimize risk. Wyche joins PBMS from PBI's Global Mailstream Solutions (GMS) division, where he was vice president of Western Operations, Mailstream - the Americas. Since joining Pitney Bowes in 2003, Wyche has been responsible for driving customer acquisition and retention strategies in the company's Western region. Prior to joining Pitney Bowes, Wyche held a variety of senior level marketing and sales positions at Convergys Corporation, Ameritech, and IBM.
