Press release from the issuing company

CHICAGO, June 20 -- RR Donnelley & Sons Company and Chief Executive Officer Mark A. Angelson received the Harold H. Hines Jr. Award from the United Negro College Fund in Chicago this month. The award, given annually to those who have demonstrated their commitment to UNCF and its mission, was presented by UNCF President and CEO, Dr. Michael Lomax. "RR Donnelley and Mr. Angelson exemplify the values of UNCF," said Dr. Lomax. "In fact I look at RR Donnelley as a partner ... a company that has demonstrated a dedication to expanding educational opportunities for young people." "We are deeply grateful to the United Negro College Fund for selecting us as the recipient of this year's Harold H. Hines Jr. Award," said Mr. Angelson. "We and other companies can help to secure our futures by investing in intelligent young women and men with fresh ideas that encompass diverse points of view. We are committed to the mission and principles of the UNCF and believe very strongly that every capable young person should have the opportunity to enrich her or his life and the lives of others by earning a college diploma -- and by walking through the doors that those diplomas will open, including ours."
