Financial terms were not disclosed.
Under the terms of the agreement, ForestExpress will be a preferred provider of B2B e-commerce services for paperloop.com customers. Paperloop.com will be a preferred provider of industry news and information, research syndication services and market intelligence to ForestExpress.
ForestExpress has also negotiated with paperloop.com its first alliance partner program agreement. ForestExpress members may purchase paperloop.com marketing/advertising services, gold access subscriptions, premium research seats, and customized news syndicationservices at a preferred partner rate.

Available early next year, ForestExpress members will be able to access paperloop.com searchable archives including people news, event calendars and receive news feeds for the paper, forest products and converting segments. Conversely, paperloop.com customers have the opportunity to utilize e-commerce services provided by ForestExpress including trading partner integration services, catalog content management, marketplace services and professional services.
