Leveraging WAM!NET's global IT services platform and application hosting services, and Zuma's software architecture design and application development expertise, the companies' joint offering will make available SmarTrack 2.0, Zuma's project tracking software application, and WAM!NET's remote, online data storage and archive service, via WAM!NET's global network.
SmarTrack 2.0 replaces time-consuming, manual processes with a collaborative software application that provides online production management designed specifically for print providers and print buyers. The software automates and streamlines basic and complex production processes, such as the creation of job specifications, job editing, upload and download of project files, job tracking and e-mail notification.
Available on an outsourced subscription basis, WAM!NET storage services offer remote, centralized storage and archive capabilities for clients who require global accessibility to content. The service allows customers to specify and provide multiple offices, clients and/or partners with access to their libraries of files and assets regardless of location while, at the same time, maintaining full access to and control of their data. Customers and their workflow partners access WAM!NET storage libraries and associated services via WAM!NET's managed global network or the public Internet.
