Fogra PSO certification is an independent confirmation that your offset print production processes are of the highest standard. Fogra is a highly respected, not-for-profit scientific research institute for the printing and media industries with a legacy of more than 73 years.
Located in Germany, it conducts audits that provide an independent quality benchmark, enabling manufacturers and print businesses to objectively assess the capabilities of their presses and production processes.

With these certifications, printers can demonstrate their commitment to high standards and give their customers complete confidence in consistency, predictability, and quality of the output.

In addition, successful implementation of the PSO can provide multiple benefits of improved cost, quality and time performance, and reduced waste. The quality assurance from the Fogra certification gives print businesses a competitive advantage when retaining customers and seeking new opportunities, enabling them to enhance their offering and expand their businesses.

Commenting on the occasion, Prof. Rajendrakumar Anayath was recollecting the days where Indian printers were struggling with quality standards, particularly when they export. Today the Indian printers are capable to compete with the best of the world. What they need is confidence, commitment and endorsement. Fogra PSO certification can take them to the global stage with ease and they get the endorsement from the highest benchmarking body which is Fogra, Germany. More and more printers shall come forward and get their quality level fine-tuned and endorsed through such certifications. Fogra covers the complete processes from print ready files to the final production, it is a real benchmark for quality and standardisation. I am immensely happy to note Imprint Technopack and Orange Printers has grown to such a level in a short span of time. I have the added pleasure of inaugurating the Orange Printers plant at Thiruvananthapuram. Both Imprint Technopack and Orange Printers will inspire thousands of printers in this country to go for Fogra PSO certification to prove that India has arrived in the global print stage with a bang.
