LoyaltyLoop Recognizes Leaders in Customer Loyalty for the Print and Sign Industries for Q4, 2022

Press release from the issuing company

East Greenwich, RI – LoyaltyLoop released their Print and Sign industry segment Loyalty Leadership awards for the quarter ending December 31, 2022. The awards recognize businesses in North America that attain the highest Net Promoter Score (NPS) for their industry segment during the quarter.

Results are based on over 24,000 survey responses from customers who recently completed a purchase and were asked how likely they would be to recommend the business to others. Performers in the top quartile achieved a Net Promoter Score greater than 95; in the top-middle quartile 91-94; in the bottom-middle quartile 86-90; the bottom quartile achieved less than 85.

Congratulations to the owners and their teams below for achieving a top Net Promoter Score – the highest overall customer loyalty and satisfaction rating – within their segment for the quarter.

Segment NPS Award Recipients
Top Print Franchisee 98 Jeff McConville, Allegra, Battle Creek, MI

Top Sign Franchisee 98 Bob O’Hern, Image360, Fairfax, VA

Top Independent Printer 97 Tim Fortune, Paw Print & Mail, South Burlington, VT

Awards are based on a compilation of feedback and buyer reviews gathered from companies participating in LoyaltyLoop’s online feedback service. LoyaltyLoop enables local businesses of all types to react quickly to customer feedback and complaints, as well as automatically encourage online reviews to be posted on Google, Facebook and their website.

To qualify for the award, participating companies must have customer satisfaction results for each of the three months of the quarter, with no fewer than 15 survey respondents in each month and be located in the United States. An overall winner is chosen based on the overall Net Promoter Score for the quarter. For tie-break purposes, the company that has the highest response rate for the quarter, based on response rate data in LoyaltyLoop, will be the winner.
