Vpress Have Done It Again

Press release from the issuing company

Industries grow with innovation and Vpress have been pioneering technologies in the print industry for over 21 years. Our latest addition to Coreprint has been developed to help printers and print managers expand their product offering and promote customer loyalty.

You are probably wondering, what is this groundbreaking innovation?

Our customers approached us after observing an increase in demand for digital solutions that would complement their printed products. This was evident with an increase of enquiries regarding digital Business Cards. They asked us if we could develop a module that would help them expand their offering and provide their clients with more options. Our developers got to work to create a digital product that could complement printer’s existing offering and allow them to meet the demand for customers looking for digital solutions.

The result of all this hard work is Vdocs, our response to the increase in requests for virtual business cards. We have developed a solution that will allow people to share their contact details with others using nothing more than their phone. A branded business card template will be created on Coreprint giving your customers complete access to manage all their business card creation and approval online. Once approved the Vdoc will be delivered to the user’s phone containing a QR code that will include all the relevant contact details such as name, job title, telephone and company name (as well as other contact related data). When they share the Vdoc with the recipient, they will have an autogenerated contact with all the details saved to their phone. This secure and totally controlled solution is a great addition to your printed business card offering. With no app required for download this easy to manage solution is perfect for your clients.

But how does this help a printer?

This will help printers expand their offering and tie customers into their Coreprint Web2Print procurement solution, and with 24/7 365 availability it will make you their preferred partner for any printed services whilst adding a new revenue stream to your business. Subsequently this promotes increased customer loyalty and helps you to grow your business by complementing your print products with digital solutions. Very little work is required to get Vdocs up and running as this is already part of the Coreprint ecosystem and will function as an extra product you can add to your existing product catalogue. Whereas many companies will continue ordering traditional business cards, many others are already searching for and using alternative digital solutions. By offering Coreprint with Vdocs as the leading digital document solution on the market you, will be able to stay ahead of the curve and meet your customers’ changing demands.

Interesting technology for any organization using CRM as a core tool in their sales programs and project team building. Allows for a more secure way to handle both internal and external projects. Project leader admin provides appropriate control over adding and retiring team members as needed. Good to see Vpress moving beyond the graphic communications industry while not leaving it. This is what being a nimble software developer is all about.
