LoyaltyLoop Recognizes Leaders in Customer Loyalty for the Print and Sign Industries for Q3, 2021

Press release from the issuing company

East Greenwich, RI – LoyaltyLoop released their Print and Sign industry segment Loyalty Leadership awards for the quarter ending September 30, 2021. The awards recognize businesses in North America that attain the highest Net Promoter Score (NPS) for their industry segment during the quarter.

Results are based on over 23,000 survey responses from customers who recently completed a purchase and were asked how likely they would be to recommend the business to others. Performers in the top quartile achieved a Net Promoter Score greater than 97; in the top-middle quartile 92-96; in the bottom-middle quartile 89-91; the bottom quartile achieved less than 88.

Congratulations to the owners and their teams below for achieving a top Net Promoter Score – the highest overall customer loyalty and satisfaction rating – within their segment for the quarter.

Top Print Franchisee—100—Charley and Louise Bairnsfather, Sir Speedy BNA, Nashville, TN

Top Sign Franchisee—100—Bob O’Hern, Image360, Fairfax, VA

Awards are based on a compilation of feedback and buyer reviews gathered from companies participating in LoyaltyLoop’s online feedback service. LoyaltyLoop enables local businesses of all types to react quickly to customer feedback and complaints, as well as automatically encourage online reviews to be posted on Google, Facebook and their website.

To qualify for the award, participating companies must have customer satisfaction results for each of the three months of the quarter, with no fewer than 15 survey respondents in each month. An overall winner is chosen based on the overall Net Promoter Score for the quarter. To break a tie, the company with the higher quarterly survey response rate is chosen.
