Alliance Franchise Brands Hosts First-Ever Virtual Sales Conference

Leadership Team Shares Best Practices for Adapting to a Changing Landscape

Plymouth, Mich. – Alliance Franchise Brands recently hosted its annual sales conference virtually, uniting franchise members and sales representatives from across its brands, including Image360 and Allegra Marketing Print Mail, to network and share best practices for serving the needs of their customers and communities during this critical time.

Together, the members explored new sales techniques, sharpened their skills and shared best practices for selling their services in today’s current climate. Covering all topics related to sales, the event served as an opportunity for the network to dive deeper into learning about applications, sales positioning, tools and methods.

“There were so many on-demand classes to choose from,” said Chuck Payne, owner of Image360 Kansas City. “The content was awesome and informative. The only downside was that it was hard to decide which classes to prioritize!”

At the onset of the pandemic, Alliance Franchise Brand’s print marketing mail brands and signs and graphics concepts brands pivoted quickly, expanding beyond the products and services typically provided. To accommodate the needs of local businesses in the communities, the independently owned and operated centers began providing safety and social distancing signage and personal protective equipment (PPE) like face shields, sneeze guards and masks.

“Our team looks forward to attending the sales conference every year,” said Mike Cline, Chief Development Officer. “Though this year’s conference looked a bit different, it was a wonderful opportunity to come together and share our expertise and new learnings on how our brands have adapted and pivoted their sales strategies and offerings to meet their local customers’ needs.”

Alliance Franchise Brands offers prospective franchise members for Allegra and Image360 three avenues to ownership: new ownership, conversion of an independent existing signage or print business to an Image360 or Allegra center, or the addition of an Allegra or Image360 center to a print or any other industry-related business to expand service offerings. Each option is specifically tailored to allow qualified entrepreneurs to enter a stable, steadily growing industry with a business-focused concept that provides the ability to make a true impact on clients.

Prospective Allegra or Image360 franchise owners should have a background in marketing or sales, with established relationships and experience working with small to mid-size businesses. Ideal individuals are extroverts by nature, motivated by working for themselves and understand how to identify business-to-business opportunities.
