Adobe Named a Leader in Mobile Engagement Automation by Independent Research Firm

Press release from the issuing company

San Jose, Calif. — Adobe today announced that it has been recognized as a Leader in The Forrester WaveTM: Mobile Engagement Automation, Q3 2020. The report evaluated nine select vendors delivering ‘moments-based engagement’ on a comprehensive set of 31 evaluation criteria in the categories of current offering, strategy and market presence. In addition to being named a leader, Adobe received the highest possible score in the criteria of product vision, execution roadmap, privacy, global execution, partner ecosystem and in the market presence category.

“Adobe customers reap the benefits of having some of the strongest tools in the market — such as Adobe Analytics for reporting and Adobe Target for testing — applied to mobile use cases,” stated Forrester in the report. “Adobe is unique in its emphasis on data governance, ensuring data is properly classified and baking in limitations so that users can’t use or export data if doing so is limited by the classification type.”

“In this age of customer experience, as brands strive to engage with customers wherever they are located, the increased number of touchpoints is making the customer journey more complicated to track and leverage,” said Suresh Vittal, vice president, Experience Cloud, Platform and Products at Adobe. “Adobe’s mobile engagement solutions help companies identify the right moments to engage with customers, while ensuring customer data remains private and protected.”

Adobe Experience Cloud enables marketers, product teams and IT professionals to design and deliver rapidly adaptable mobile experiences across any end-point in the customer journey. Using the power of AI, Adobe Experience Platform unifies data from online and offline sources to build a complete view of the customer journey that can be activated using Adobe Experience Cloud applications, providing optimized mobile customer experiences for a number of brands across multiple sectors.
