The Sourcing Group is a Business Process Optimization (BPO) company, helping brands, agencies and retailers match print-related and promotional work with needs of particular programs. The company has implemented EFI’s MarketDirect StoreFront and Cross-Media services to make job submission easier, streamline workflow and make variable data capabilities available. We spoke with William Caan, the company’s CEO and Founder, and Chief Marketing Officer Lynn Smith, to better understand the company’s offerings and value proposition.

WhatTheyThink: First, give us a little background on the company.

Lynn Smith: The Sourcing Group was founded in 2005 by Dennis Clemente and Billy Caan with a simple commitment, that we would do whatever it takes to service our most valuable assets...our customers. We are dedicated to helping customers simplify the management of their branded materials by offering innovative technology, industry expertise, and unparalleled service.
