Indexx, Inc., of South Carolina Expands Marketing Services Offerings

Indexx, Inc., serving upstate South Carolina, including Anderson, Greenville and Spartanburg, as well as customers throughout North America, has taken an aggressive approach to migrating its business from traditional commercial print to a marketing services business that includes print among its offerings. Owner Jordan Finn talks about his transition in this interview.

One thing is clear: There is no set path to follow, and businesses are taking a wide range of different approaches. We interviewed Jordan Finn, President of Indexx, Inc., to gain a perspective on his approach to the business and the successes he is achieving with this new market focus.

WTT: Jordan, your story about acquiring Indexx is interesting. Can you share that with us?

JF: The company was originally a small copy shop owned by a friend of mine who was doing primarily legal copying in the early 1990s, and he was struggling with financial viability. I am a CPA and at the time was the CFO for a publicly held company in Florida. He contacted me to ask for my help. It was clear that his business model was simply not going to work. I ended up buying the company in late 1993 and putting it on a different path. Indexx Inc. was formed and open for business on January 1, 1994. Today we service customers in almost every industry, and we are known for the high level of customer service we deliver to each and every Indexx customer.
