Following the analyst conference call, WhatTheyThink spoke with Dan Connors, whose responsibilities at Kinko's span the legal department, global sourcing, technology and strategy. Topics include cultural synergies, facilities management, delivery synergies, Microsoft and more.

WTT: Mr. Connors, we had a few follow-up questions for the Kinko's team, and I thank you for taking the time to speak with us. When we spoke with Gary Kusin in February, he indicated that about 400 finance and technology positions had remained in Ventura CA when the company headquarters relocated to Dallas. What is the status of the Ventura location, and do you plan to keep it open?

DC: There are still about 400 people in our Ventura facility, about half in technology and half in accounting. Kinko's has about 400 people total in technology, with the other half in Dallas. We do plan to keep the Ventura location open.
