Commitment, Momentum, Trust
The opening keynote at Dscoop Edge Rockies in Denver on March 8 was delivered by Haim Levit, SVP and Division President of HP Industrial Print. Rather than focusing solely on technology, he framed the future of industrial print around three human fundamentals: commitment, momentum, and trust.
“These are not abstract values,” he said. “They are operating principles. They determine how organizations scale, how partnerships endure, and how we lead through change.”
As the industrial print market evolves at an unprecedented pace, leadership today is less about forecasting the next disruption and more about building the credibility to shape it. The future of industrial print will not be built by one company, one technology, or one region. It will be shaped through collaboration across global teams, business units, partners, and customers who share a common vision.
That philosophy reflects the essence of Dscoop itself. More than a community, it is a living ecosystem that has empowered thousands of print service providers, accelerated innovation, and expanded what is possible in digital print and packaging.
What stood out in Denver was not a single announcement or executive presence. It was alignment. Leadership across HP showed up united, signaling that this is not about individual initiatives. It is about collective direction. As Levit emphasized, building the future together means aligning strategy with values and ensuring that growth is inclusive, sustainable, and grounded in trust.
Commitment
Commitment is not measured by short-term wins. It is demonstrated through sustained investment in customers, partners, and employees, especially in markets where confidence is built over time.
At Dscoop Edge Rockies 2026, HP reinforced its long-standing commitment to the A3 mid-range commercial print market with the launch of the HP Indigo 7K+ Digital Press. Built on a platform with more than 2,200 installations worldwide, the HP Indigo 7K+ brings enhanced cost efficiency, versatility, and operational simplicity while advancing HP’s broader Nonstop Digital Printing vision.
“Our nonstop digital printing journey continues at full speed,” said Noam Zilbershtain, VP and General Manager, HP Indigo. “Innovation at HP Indigo never stands still.”
The HP Indigo 7K+ integrates advanced on-press automation and AI-driven tools designed to simplify operations and elevate productivity. Deep integration with HP PrintOS and HP Nio, HP’s AI-powered print companion, transforms production data into real-time insights.
Real-time diagnostics and predictive press care help identify issues early, reducing downtime and supporting consistent, high-quality output. This is not automation for automation’s sake. It is intelligent automation designed to augment operators, reduce complexity, and create more confident decision-making.
Commitment, in this context, means investing not only in hardware but in intelligence, connectivity, and customer success over the long term.
Momentum
Momentum in industrial print is not about speed alone. It is about earned progress. It comes from turning strategy into measurable outcomes that customers can see and trust.
HP PageWide recently surpassed 1.2 trillion pages printed worldwide, reinforcing its leadership in high value production segments. Today, nine of the top 10 book manufacturers and eight of the top ten direct mail printers rely on HP PageWide technology.
“The success of our customers is our success,” said Barbara McManus, General Manager, HP PageWide Industrial. “Our relentless focus on intelligent automation is driving that success.”
In labels and flexible packaging, HP marked the 100th installation of the HP Indigo 200K Digital Press. This milestone underscores accelerating global demand for agile, short-run run and multi-SKU production models that reduce lead times and support more sustainable packaging strategies.
HP also introduced the HP Indigo 120K Value Pack, enabling existing HP Indigo 100K customers to upgrade performance, improve uptime, and achieve more consistent output through streamlined hardware and software enhancements. Early adopters report increased productivity and more stable workflows.
Beyond presses, momentum is being driven by workflow innovation. HP continues to expand HP Site Flow with enhanced integration, improved SLA accuracy, and simplified onboarding models. Its collaboration with GoMake introduces a cloud native, AI-assisted quotation and production management solution designed to improve cost accuracy and accelerate response times.
As part of the Nonstop Digital Printing vision, HP Industrial Print expanded its automation portfolio through deeper collaboration with MoviGo Robotics. HP will now directly sell and support its comprehensive range of print-focused Automated Mobile Robots. These solutions enable end-to-end automation across the production floor, from sheetfed B2 environments to web press transport systems.
Momentum, as demonstrated in Denver, is the cumulative result of technology, software, robotics, and AI working together in a connected ecosystem.
Intelligent Automation and AI
The next transformation in industrial print will be defined by how intelligently we connect people, processes, and machines.
Since its introduction in 2016, HP PrintOS has evolved into a global workflow infrastructure platform, connecting thousands of devices and enabling data-driven production management. Building on that foundation, HP Nio, introduced at Dscoop 2025 and now commercially available, represents a significant step forward. In Dscoop 2026, HP Industrial Print announced HP Nio availability across the entire SW portfolio (knowledge, production, quality, and Site Flow)
Developed on HP PrintOS, HP Nio introduces a conversational AI experience that transforms real-time production data and technical knowledge into clear, actionable guidance. It allows operators and managers to ask business questions and receive immediate, contextual answers.
“Our focus is on human-centric intelligent automation,” said Diana Pascual Soldevilla, General Manager, HP Industrial Print Software and Solutions. “AI should augment people, not replace them.”
By helping teams understand what is happening, why it matters, and what to do next, HP Nio supports faster decisions, higher productivity, and greater operational confidence. In this model, AI becomes a partner in performance, not a black box.
HP also continues to streamline brand-to-PSP connectivity through updates to the HP Brand Centre, simplifying onboarding and reducing integration timelines from months to days. A rebuilt HP PrintOS Mobile App, previewed at Dscoop, delivers improved performance and deeper workflow integration, further extending intelligent automation into daily operations.
The vision is clear: a connected, AI-enabled production environment where complexity is reduced, and value creation is accelerated.
Trust
Technology can be replicated. Processes can be optimized. Trust, however, is earned over time and remains the most durable differentiator in industrial ecosystems.
At Dscoop, the trust between HP and its customers was tangible. Customer voices reinforced the impact of intelligent automation and connected workflows.
- Jack Glacken, CEO of Today’s Graphics, cited automation, data, and insights from HP PrintOS as major contributors to his company’s continued growth.
- Richard Smith of Xerographics Digital Printing highlighted the alignment between HP’s technology and his commitment to quality and efficiency.
- Adam Carnell, CEO of Bluetree Group, described how robotics transformed internal movement and enabled smarter scaling.
- Christopher Burnley, CEO of Corefact, called HP Nio “an absolute game changer,” noting its simplicity and real-time clarity.
Trust is built when technology delivers on its promise. It is strengthened when partners stand behind their commitments and invest alongside their customers.
Looking Ahead
The conversations in Denver extended beyond products and milestones. They pointed toward a broader transformation of print manufacturing, one increasingly influenced by Industry 4.0 and 5.0 principles, hybrid production models, and bespoke manufacturing.
The defining question is no longer whether AI and intelligent automation will shape industrial print. It is how effectively we harness them to create sustainable growth, resilient operations, and meaningful partnerships.
If there was one takeaway from Dscoop Edge Rockies 2026, it is this: the future of industrial print will not be built by technology alone. It will be built through commitment, sustained momentum, and trust, powered by AI and guided by shared purpose.
And that future is being built now.
